I have learned that the Western World focuses on the asanas (poses), and the ability to achieve the fullest expression of the desired effect. Asanas are just a mere aspect of yoga. To experience yoga is to experience divine freedom.
I hold a 200 YTT Certification from the Yoga Center of Carmel (Carmel-By-The-Sea, CA), and continued my journey at Yoga Liberty with a 200 YTT Prana Vinyasa Certification. I recently completed my 300 YTT with Jason Crandell.
I have been blessed to attend workshops with Max Strom, Jamie Elmer, Carole Westerman, Judith Lassater, and Jason Crandall.

In this yoga class we will flow intentionally with our breath and hold postures.

9:15am-10:15am Gentle Yoga *Zoom or In-Person
In this class we will incorporate breathing to help open the body through movement, stretching and strengthening the body; flow based.

11:00-12NOON Yoga Flow *In-Person
In the first half hour of class we have a vinyasa flow with power elements. The second half we slow down with and find passive stretches and incorporate optional breathing exercises.

In this class we move intentionally with our breath and hold postures. We both lengthen and strength muscles, practicing coordination and balance.
